With the customer portal, you have complete control.

Following every step of your shipment through the process, and having the availability to live chat with one of our customer service representative.

With multiple modes of transportation – each broken down to you on the quotes page. You pick what type of service best fits your needs.

Book an order

Once you received your quote you have the option of converting this quote into an order. From there our team handles the rest, as you log in you can keep track of our progress with different updates. PND – pending status, meaning one of our team members is working on your shipment. BKD – your order has been booked and is pending pickup. INT – In transit, the goods have been picked up and heading to the delivery location – DD Delivered – INV-C (invoice created) – INV-S (Invoice Sent) – INV-P (Invoice Paid).

Want POD(s) and Bill(s) of Lading – we can add those to your orders for you to view, or receive with your invoice. Our system has an array of forms you can print, the question is how many would you like to use?

We can set email notifications so you are advised at as many steps of the process as you’d like.

Add additional users at your discretion via our people tab in your client portal – giving you control over users and what they can view on your own portal.

Our system keeps track of addresses you frequently ship to, allowing for quicker bookings of your orders.
